| To determine which firmware is appropriate for your product, go to the root menu on the modem front panel. This menu will display the Firmware Version. For example, if the Firmware Version is 1.x.x, where x is a number, then download the firmware in the Ver1_x directory. If the Firmware Version is 2.x.x, then please download the firmware in the Ver2_x directory. |
