| Upgrade ALL turboIPs to Version 3.1 before submittting a SW Upgrade Request Form. |

| All turboIP upgrades must be performed in sequential order. For example, if a turboIP currently has Version 2.6, you must perform each of the subsequent upgrades in sequence to get to Version 3.0 before upgrading to Version 3.1 |

| turboIP SW Upgrades - After Version 3.1 (Version 4.0 and later) - Please submit a request form |

For turboIP upgrades after Version 3.1, you must submit a completed SW Upgrade Request Form, found below.
A request can be submitted for up to 5 turboIP unit(s) per form. If you have more than 5 units to upgrade, submit multiple requests, or simply email the information directly to Upgrade Support
Within 3 working days after the request form is submitted, you will receive an email with the download instructions for the upgrade image file. This upgrade image file can only be used to upgrade the unit(s) submitted in the SW Upgrade Request form.
